In the many moons that have passed since my last post, we have gone through a lot of ordeals.
We had the death of my best friends dad, may he rest in peace, and much stress at the office.
Where do I start? Work has been stressful lately, the support team have not been backing up my data and so far, two completely different systems have had their disks fail; Sun and Windows 2000. Fortunately on the last failure, I managed to have a backup of the data on my development computer, lord help them; I may loose it one day.
Mr. G, was the best friend a son could ever have. He was there for you through thick and thin, and was not afraid to speak his mind or use some choice vocabulary. We will be doing over is site soon I believe, and may upload some of the short stories he has written and published; Look forward to that one.
On the movie scene. We have not been getting some of the movies here in the Trinidad and I have had to resort to plucking them from the internet; I do prefer the big screen; 24″ or 19″ just don’t cut it. A few night ago I watched 9; twas nice; and a few other movies I have been to lazy to drag myself to the cinema to see; those guys selling the pirate dvd on the streets have taken my money, cinema to DVD mad quick MPAA.

At the office trying to knock off a project made quick for the design team to come in. They are a bit late, not working with them is going to make this website take very long.
Will have to make a quick template that can be modified very easily and ported into the CMS, yah

Currently at the office, I am mad tired. I have no idea why I am here right now, because work will not get done with me in this situation.
Well, a little about today since I am here.
Got a couple of pages from the developers today; the code is the pits, having neck pains just thinking about it. Need to find a way to get them to code a bit cleaner and using xhtml. I don’t think that is a lot to ask for.
Well, going back to the “job”

Hello Folks,
Have I been neglecting you all this time. Well, I hope not, for those who follow the twitter feed will know that I am still alive and online.
Well, lets get caught up shall we.
In the news of George, we have been having a rough time at work. Working too much and not allowing for much we time, and having the people get on nerves. We think this will have to change in the coming this month because younger we are not getting :p.
Oh yes, I had the car serviced last week, what a difference new oil, oil and air filter makes; sweet.
The George plan for this week should be one day of work and hopefully the rest of it on a plane to somewhere, anywhere is fine. I have been thinking of attending Oktoberfest this year. Might as well have a drink before it is too late to have one. If anyone knows of a nice place to stay whilst there, please do drop a mail or comment; it will be greatly appreciated.
Also had a great idea for a project that can hopefully sustain itself while make a little extra cash on the side for me. Will have to roll it out completely this month, with or without the help of my partner in crime.
Well, that is all from me.
Oops, almost forgot. HAPPY Belated BIRTHDAY to my uncle, sorry I did not call you on friday. Someone else at the office also had a birthday on that day as well, Happy Belated. Hope you guys had an enjoyable day and hope you see lots more.

The office was all food and no work today. Everyone got together and brought in something for the breakfast. Snacks, cakes, drinks (alcoholic beverages hidden behind the desk).
Twas a good day, did not get much done even though I tried, could not find the quiet corner needed ton concentrate on stuff.
Will, see if I can spring some pics from the people with the camera to show you guys [Maybe].

I’ll be traveling soon. Leaving Trinidad and going back to the NY.
During this time I should be acquiring the stuff for the car and some stuff for myself. Will decide on the future as time goes by.
Today, we have a meeting, hopefully all things go smoothly.

Sweet, the new month has arrived, now is the time for plans and taking action.
First off: The New Radio for the A4 (2007 B7). I was going to buy a factory radio for the car, but now, I will build another one, just as I did for the Jetta (Bora).
What I might be losing with this addition:
- iPod Integration
- Bluetooth Integration
- Steering Wheel Controls
- Technology Package Display
We will have to find a way to get these things working as that was the only reason I bought the car in the first place.
Second on the agenda, is the web page for the new business we are about to undertake. Some moon lighting, well more of it at least. I am still sourcing some needed components for this to fly, but it is pretty much tested and ready to go, but the nice package needs to be assembled.
Thirdly, have some more fun. We have been working non-stop, and the fun metre is currently at the zero or even minus one mark.
Well folks, let us hope this month is as great as I expect it to be.

Over the past few weeks have been working on and off on a new face for the main site, only to throw it away and start over again. It is giving me beans. I have an idea of what I want on the main page, have drawn out a plan, did the database design, now I don’t feel like working on it.
I am hoping to have it coded and working at least on my machine at home very soon (this is relative).
Well, me, over the past few we have we been working our collective arses off at the 9-5, and would like to have a little time to myself, maybe pickup a new laptop while I am at it, but the powers that be may not allow this to happen. I may have to get sick for a few days, hm not a bad idea: we will think about it.
Well, thats me.

Ok, this weekend will be very hectic. We have one web page to finish, one movie to watch and a lot of other maintenance work to do.
Lets get our priorities straight. Tomorrow is the opening day of “Hulk”, must go see. I have yet to see “Iron Man”, that will have to wait to DVD or some pirate copy to fall on my desk.
The site, must do some flash and have a preview ready for monday for the client.
Maintenance. My server seems to have a faulty boot disk. This i must replace and in the same step move all my data off NTFS to ZFS. Lots of data, and very little that can be lost.
If anyone sees the “Hulk” before I do, post a quick comment about how it was. I will see it regardless of your thoughts, but I can then gauge my entry into the cinema.
Ah yes I almost forgot. Tomorrow is the birthday of some dude at work “Anton”, will go lime with those folks for a short before I come home to work my arse off. Can only hope it will be fun.

Well, here I am at the office waiting for 23:00 to start moving a server, then the upgrade of a Dell Blade chassis.
Things are looking good so far, but my head is starting to spin, and sleep wants to take over, what was that I just heard; ‘the chair looks so comfy’.
Get up Ob1, only about an hour to go.
