All Over
Yeah. The day has come and gone.
We had lots of fun at a friends house last night; I stayed up too late, now I have more sand in my eyes; now it is time to go do some laundry.

Returned to Manufacturer
After many months of sitting on my desk with the thought that the drive would miraculously start to function again, I have decided to ships it bad from whence it came. My 400+ GB of data is now officially gone :(.
Well folks, we will be building one storage server over the next few months, with the purchasing of parts from various locations, else one site if the figures work out for the best.
The OS will be Suns’ OpenSolaris, and two file systems will be in-use, one of course being ZFS for stuff that changes a lot.
Here here (or is it cheer cheer) to open source. Sweet file system here I come; Giveth me the money to buy such a sweet system oh great one.
Back in the NY
Yeah. I am finally back in Brooklyn people. Got in at 0300 hrs and hav been running around since then. No rest for the wicked.
Sweet snow back under my feet and tires. Only one problem, too much clothes to wear.

New Ride
Yay. I got the new ride exactly one week ago and it is great.

It is a nice firm ride, not BMW like, but good enough. I will have to take it on the highway some day that it is clear and give it a whirl.
We will not be tinting this one. This means I will have to take extra care with the seats and have the waxed every now and then; more then than now, but you catch my drift.
Folks, now off to the mall. Got to get me some shit.
