Still @ Home

Didn’t go to Times Square today again, so I’m going to miss the dropping of the ball :-( . Well there is always next year.

At my uncles’, they are having a get-together, and a lot of people have shown up. Much music and friends.

Will keep you updated.

Still At Home

Yay, on vacation; technically it’s away from the office; but I am bored out of my mind. Lots of shit has happened over the past few days.

[All Tuesday]
One:
Friend misplaced passport, missed flight

Two:
Friend loses luggage

What else could go wrong this week. Well, I just got another, another friend is really sick, and I am too far away. Ahhhh.

The Color Purple

Good Day,

Just got in from watching “The Color Purple”. This was the best musical I have ever seen, I have no idea why the movie did not make a big splash around the world. The play follows the life of a girl from the age of fourteen (14) to very old; I think forty four (44).

The experience was great, we got tickets for the “Orchestra Seats; I1 and I3″, nine (9) rows from the stage. Not many people to block the I; very short.

Guys, if you get a chancce, do go to the musical, ’twas very good, excellent story and funny in the places it needed to be.

My new response to this statement is now:

U know what that is, that is being an asshole. Check the dictionary, and guess who you see next to that word, Me. So I am giving up that title, removing all the leeches from my life. and with all that said, i ent doing it :-P

Just wanted to type that.

The Children of the 80s

Yay, Yay. Just got in from the party, it was mad. Girls in short skirts, guys in uniforms, and moldt oldies :) . As I said the party was hard. Merry Perry and the crew played style after style.

Well, this was a warmup for the Zen on Wednesday, hopefully it is as good, and got lots of sweet girls.

Sleep time people, we will link up at another time.

Update, wherefore art thou

Been meaning to do a couple of updates, but never got around to it.

First, Movies, went to see Deja Vu and Babel. The former should have been rated science fiction, i did not see the action until the end. Hmm. The latter was good, got the old cells firing.

Deja Vu, about a cop trying to save the life of the lady, some other people got saved also, and ends up travelling back in time. Hmm, is this not science fiction. Anyways, it ends all happy like.

Babel, the movie structure reminded me of “Crash”, but with a twist, there are time shifts between the scenes, and days it would seem. This movie was about 1. wife and husband on trip to try to fix the marriage, nanny going to sons wedding and having everything go wrong, and father and daughter trying to move on after the loss of mother. Oh, there is also a small story about a familty that was the catalyst for the entire movie. [Nice, four stories, each with their own time, simple]

Life, met this girl after work, [was liming outside the building], and she needed assistance with her phone and the GPRS; yes I know it is slow. Anyways, nice person, lime once, might lime again Wednesday at Zen with the crew [Trish, Craig, Anton, Marlon, etc]. Should be fun.

Work, boring as hell. I need to get away. Thats it.

Edit: Oh yes, almost forgot. The price to go the cinema now is 45$.
Was 35$ – Adult
Now 40$ – Adult + 5$ Security/Entry Fee = 45$
Yes, WTF is that.
